Keith, the more i think about it, the less i want to read evangelical atheist literature at all. I think i am an athiest, but a self-hating one. Atheism is lame and depressing. I wish i wasn't one, but i am. Just because i am doesn't mean i should rub it in my own face. On a related note, i can't stop thinking about that one director you told me about... i forget his name... the guy who got up at the podium to accept an award and said "EVERYTHING IS ABSURD IN THE FACE OF DEATH." The image of that event, along with Fletch's comment from a couple of months ago that he is "very aware of his own mortality," have burned themselves into my skull and become a minor obsession.
