i have an awkward question for ari and carrie. would the two of you mind moving in together? the only reason i am not getting paid for doing all this RA stuff is because i don't have a room yet. and if you guys move in together then we can move in some people from sellew and we can have new friends in drew 2? well it is not something you guys have to do it would just let me move in sooner so that i have keys and whatnot for sellew instead of hoping that someone will let me in. also because we have two single rooms, craig will probably move people into them anyway... this way you get to choose your roomate. well please ALL of you tell me soon so that i can get this sorted out. thanks.

definitely, i want to see mason jennings. ummm, i think going to luther college would maybe be better, because chicago can be a hassle. but I'm in need of money so who knows...

so there is enough money to pay me, it is all a matter of moving people around so that i can get a room in sellew. but i don't know at this point when that is going to happen. i might know on friday. hopefully i will know by then. ugh... i wish this would all sort itself out. drew wants all of us to go out to eat together when you guys get back. he is all cute and excited about seeing y'all. well i am too. new RA update. Craig told me today that he is trying to get me to be the RA of sellew. there isn't one there but there traditonally hasn't been one there. however there are a lot of first years there this year. it all depends on weather or not he has enough money to pay me because he said he wouldn't ask me to do it without being paid. so that is the update. he said he thinks he can do it but he dosen't want to say for sure.

we are not allowed to have open burners such as an oven or range. it would be kinda obvious and i think charmilan would notice if he came anywhere near the suite.
you could claim on getting there by the tenth but check in doesen't start until eight so i don't know what they will say about that. i don't know is my official opinion.

the girl who wasn't going to come managed to get her visa so she will be here on the fourth so i am not an RA for her unless when she gets here she decides that she doesen't want to be an RA. so i will be here to welcome all of you. i might get a job later in the year though. it is all so unsure and dumb. whatever.

yes, sleep equals good. I was also pondering the microwave issue. We could go the Communist route and all chip in for one like the refrigerator deal, who knows..... I recorded some songs Pete. I think they're okay and maybe we can make some piano parts for them. We won't have a computer in our room however. Jesus, I want to be at school. I like home and all, I'm just so very much READY for something new, and it seems everyday seems new at school...... I sound like a stupid, after school special. Hmmmm, 25 dollars seems a little steep for coming early. That really sucks.

we will figure out the fridge thing when everyone gets there i guess. Everyone will get there on the tenth, i assume, no one is quite desperate enough to get away from home a day early to pay twenty five bucks... actually i am on the verge of being desperate enough to do that. Do you think i could convince my parents that for some odd reason, it now takes a full week to drive from nj to illinois? Probably not. Christina will not be there to greet us when we arrive? That sucks. Christina will be an r.a. though. That should make christina happy. We cant kamp out at green oaks unless it is a saturday night, remember. or did they change that rule? Hey, we won't have a microwave either, will we? Crap. I think i should sleep for 48 hours straight before i depart for knox to make up for the sleep i will loose all term. Good idea?

if you just show up early and they catch you on the ninth it costs fifty dollars and if you call ahead it is 25 dollars. so sam if you want to come and your mom wants to pay 25 dollars then you can call 309-341-7225 or email dsouther@knox.edu to say you want to come on the ninth. otherwise you are out of luck. i am proabably going to fillin for this other RA for orientation week until she gets here in the middle of september. i don't really understand but whatever.

hey... um... there is a problem with people coming early. i just had a big lecture today about people coming early and how strict they are about it. it wouldn't matter so much if i wasn't trying to get an RA job but i really don't think you guys should come early. arie said that all of you could meet up at green oaks or something and camp out. i sent an e-mail asking how much it would cost if someone were to want to come a day early so if some of you still want to come on the ninth you could. i will probably know within the next day or so. also i don't even know if i will still have keys to drew 2 at that point. i just found out today that one of the RA's is having trouble getting her visa so i may have to fill in for her, and if i do then i won't have keys to here anymore. if i do have to move i will be able to leave adam and zach's stuff here because i know the RA of drew and i don't think he will have a problem with me leaving that stuff here. well i will update as soon as i know. see y'all soon.
