I wish I drove a black prius. :) I also wish I volunteered at an animal shelter. Did you guys get to sit around and play with the animals? Christina, you were in one of my dreams last night. It was funny--We were on a bus in Spain, and you were running around messing with things. Suddenly you looked at me, ran over, and told the guy sitting next to me (a student of mine, actually) that he and I would make a good match. I asked, in mock horror, if you were telling my student to proposition me, and then we both shrugged and said that we'd have to get together, "because Christina said so." :D

Funny that not long after I posted that short story I read an arcticle about chimps being observed using spears to hunt bushbabies in Senegal.

I didn't have any choice anymore about switching to the new blogger. It just told me I had to when I signed in today. I hope it's not a problem for anyone.

Adam and I went to the animal shelter/humane society yesterday and we met someone we might actually want to be friends with!!! it's a miracle! someone in pullman who isn't lame! she drives a black prius, seems nice, reminds us of Rachel some, (her name is rachel) and she shops at the coop. hopefully we will see her again when she volunteers so we can hang out sometime.
