*gasps for air*
between honors proposal and reading, reading for classes, imminent fellowship and grad school application due dates, and trying to fix my poor, poor computer ... i haven't had much of a break. i will never take three anso classes in one term, ever again. i love everything, but it's so much reading. speaking of which, i need to get back to that reading. *sigh*
those beautiful people who are abroad had better enjoy themselves thoroughly and bring back many wonderful tales of adventure!
Well, Emily, the upstairs floors have been spared the heinous stock carpeting for at least this year, and we get to revel in the beauty of our hardwood floors. ALSO BIG NEWS! Craig Southern isn't so bad after all! Yesterday, when Pete and I were moving the rest of his stuff and Emily's stuff out of storage, we were looking at the piano's in Post lobby and wondered (actually this happened the day before, but whatever) why they needed two. So I emailed Craig to see if we could move one over here if we paid to tune it, and lo and behold, no more than and hour or two after I emailed him, he replied! AND HE SAYS ITS COOL! So the Pete house will be super pimpin' upon the arrival of all foreign correspondents. So long!

Oh by the way this is adam. Why the hell does this thing keep calling my sexy man? Chhhrrrissstina? (accusing eyes)
Whoa, London basement... cool. Things are starting to settle down more around here, Christina. I ended up dropping my English lit I class to take the Music and Lit class and it will count under my English major. Drew informed us of how he likes privacy during his "toilet moments", and I have offically become Bruce Polay's bitch... he hired me as his assistant and basically I'll run around doing things he doesn't have time to do. It's strange without you here though...
and yay for Vicky using blogger again! That would be really awesome if you came and checked out our sweet house. How much will the traveling cost? could we chip in some? It would certainly be worth it. Anywho, our house is super cool. It's really old, and we've been sprucing it up, especially Pete's and my room. Our room has beautiful hard wood floors but when we came they were pretty old and beat up. So Pete wanted to refinish them, and I appointed him foreman while taking the role as his puny underling, and we went to work. Now it's really gorgeous. The house is right by Post and near the International house. Hey, it's cool that you're doing video stuff now too. My brother just bought a really nice video camera with which we began filming a video for a song I wrote. There's too many cool things to talk about on here... If you want to call, Pete's and my number is 309-341-8643. What's your's Vicky? Anyway, Come and Visit! the end
hi everyone
I am in a basement in london just so i can let you all know that i'm not dead. YAY! Yesterday we went to the tate modern museum and today the british museum. I am not feeling at all jetlegged as i had a full night's sleep last night. We saw the Phantom of the Opera last night and the phantom had an incredible voice. the set was also amazing, everything was flying around. we might go see some more theatre tonight and on friday we fly to scotland to get me moved in. I should go put on some chapstick and a coat so I don't get cold, It's blustery out. ( :
Vicky, if you come visit i will be jealous of everyone who gets to see you as i am going to be in europe until december. the peterson house is where most of us are living for senior year and it is awesome so if you do visit I'm sure it will be worth it. we still have our couches. I'll just have to visit YOU sometime. Stay cool my dear.
I miss everyone and I will post more later.
peace love and small hotel beds,
Christina
