For social theory, i have to write a critical analysis of Personal Politics, this fairly dull book on the beginnings of the women's liberation movement. I'm thinking about spicing up my paper with a nice little Drew Parsons quote: "feminism is just a bad idea."

Damn computer science to the fiery pits of Hell. I have been awake since nine thirty this morining and it looks like I will go straight from the computer lab to breakfast. I can hardly think straight. It's been a shitty term so far for me. I only hope all is well with the rest of you because you guys are all so nice to me. Sounds like a plan Drew, except that Austin isn't all that conservative. How about some backwoods hick town. Then you can see how those crazy lefty's in Berkely learn about and discuss the world and I can get some down home cooking and learn and discuss the proper way to shoot a mexican/darky with a shot gun. Then we shall truly see the dicotomy of the left and right. Although only be going abroad for real, allows one to realize that both "extremes" are hindged on a common culture and thus do not truly let one step outside and see the background in which both views are situated.
